Our standard flat rate packages are for finding full-time nannies (35+ hours per week).
We offer multiple packages for our nanny search services, as well as some a la carte options. The initial phone consultation is always free, and we typically charge a one-time non-refundable retainer of $250 if you decide to engage us to search for you. This fee is separate from our package fees, listed below.
50% of a flat rate search package fee is due once we send qualified candidates; the remainder is due when you make a verbal offer and the nanny accepts. Full payment on a flat rate package is owed only if and when we find you a nanny! In most cases, if a nanny leaves without cause within the first 60 days, we will repeat the search at no cost to you.
Searches for part-time nannies are generally billed on a hourly basis with a 5 hour minimum, due in full before we start searching on your behalf.
Custom specialty searches are unique to your family's needs and terms will be per our contract for your particular search. While there is no retainer fee, 50% of our custom specialty search fee will be due before we start searching. Please reach our for a custom proposal.

$2495: We will send you 3-4 vetted nanny candidates to interview. We will supply you a list of recommended Nanny Interview Questions. Once you make an offer, we will run a gold background check on the candidate through enannysource.

$5995-$10,000+: This is a custom search for a specialty nanny for our most discerning families. Qualifications may include experience working with large families, staffed high net worth households, unusual or shifting schedules, special or high needs children, travel nannying, specific education and/or qualifications, and more. Each custom search will be priced per your needs, and 50% of the search fee will be due before we begin searching. We will send you 3-5 vetted candidates to interview. We will supply you a list of recommended Nanny Interview Questions and our Nanny Work Agreement Checklist. Once you make an offer, we will run a platinum background check on the candidate through enannysource.
